Unless stated in the listing, all items are made-to-order. Most items will be made and shipped within 3-5 business days processing time of receipt of order and payment.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days processing time of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. Please expect slight delays during holiday seasons.
I am shipping from Central Florida USA. Packages to the rest of the world are experiencing significant delays due to flight cancellations and Covid restrictions. All international shipping will be sent express to give your parcel priority. I would still expect shipping times of at least 4-6weeks.
If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best track down your item.
I also cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically generated at checkout. I will be reviewing shipping paid and if the amount charged exceeds the cost to ship your order then I will refund the amount to you. All orders will have tracking and you will receive emails with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Safety: Please note that products are not suitable for children 3 and under as there are small parts which are a choking hazard. In addition, the pieces are not suitable for rough play and being dropped etc. Adult supervison is recommended. All furniture pieces are for gentle handling within the dollhouse to prevent wear and damage to the pieces. Decor pieces such as art work are for display purposes only. Some pieces are more delicate than others, please contact me if you'd like to discuss what will suit you best. I do not recommend our pieces for children under 4 years of age.
Please keep in mind that most items in my shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present.
